Wish I knew how to program........ no rich lar but $99 is not a lot if u compare those fixed function video players.
actualy those video players are VERY similar to raspberry pi,they juz have to install the ui then done...same functions,plug in hdd n play hd movies..haha
only difference i find in those players are higher specs to support higher fps,if u put it that way,the mx6 can replace most of those high end players (RM500++)
back to the main issue,u nid to create ur own ui..haha
Xbmc or similar with some flavor of linux. I tried vnc mirroring of my note 2 to pc it works but has graphic glitching. Some tinkering to have fun with.
i din try that b4..haha...but maby when i get home i might do it if i have the time,maby i will encounter the same graphic glitch u mentioned then maby try to debug it...
but my spider sensors are screaming out its the note 2 problem..
I suppose I could tell u from a user's perspective that vnc has historically sucked ass in color reproduction and redraws. It was meant as a server admin tool like RDP so screen color reproduction was not a priority when it was coded although they've improved. Don't bother digging in the code unless u want to create the next TeamViewer.

its not that she dun wana help,its mainly because i cant assign tasks to her,i rather do the whole coding by myself den pass her some and combine both our work,coz i will be wasting ALOT of time debugging it..
its a glass screen protector,my concerns are since the note 2 has a gorila glass and CAN still be damaged by sand,does using glass screen protector means the same can heppen?
another thing is if i drop the fon screen down,does both screen crack or only the protector
