Wanna ask a bit.

For SSD which method can prolong the SSD lifespan? Create 2 partition or just 1 partition for all?

Example:
I buy Plextor M5S 128GB.

1. I create 90GB partition just for Windows and 38GB partiton for stuff and downloading (only direct download not torrent).

or

2. Just 128GB single partition for all

THANX =)

Don't think create partition will do any wear down harm, I did mine like 60/59 (119GB formatted) to keep my other portable programs + documents in another drive for easy OS re-installation.

Just wonder if create partition will actually impact the overall performance, that's the real question here, hope some sifu here can answer this, doing this myself is kind of time consuming.
