I just bought an Intel 530 and above is the benchmark results

write speed quite low, is it a problem?

weird is Atto showing decent results, but Crystal and AS show different

PS: Win 8.1 and I'm pretty sure I am using sata III port as well

ATTO by default using compressible data for benchmark ,which is why the write speed is higher than the rest of the benchmarking software that using random data.
Intel 530 use SandForce controller, it's known for it's weak write speed with random data.
