It's not ugly nor beautiful. It's kinda stuck in between.
I've seen Europeans and Japanese come up with something waaaaaay uglier than what we have ever produced. |

My father covers around 1000 km in one month. Every month he fills up around 3, sometimes 4 times at 3/4 full.
Too bad didn't buy Savvy, I'd be driving that. But with 5 people in the family and in that, one big child(my brother), we'll regret it. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Dec 7 2006, 12:02 PM |

With the modest power that a Savvy has, a 6th gear would only add complexity, weight and cost. If it has 100hp, then it would be nice.

One question. Can we fit the CamPRo 1.3 into the Savvy?
This thought came to me a few minutes ago. With 20 extra hp and considerably more torque at lower revs, why didn't they put the CamPro in the first place? Not to flame, just a curiosity of mine. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Mar 1 2007, 02:42 PM |

But even with 50 kilos extra(which I doubt it will add that much) the power to weight ratio would still far exceeds the Renault engined Savvy.
78 vs 94hp/ton. Plus better torque for fuel efficiency. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Mar 1 2007, 02:52 PM |

Chassis of the Savvy is "stronger than you think".

You have a point, the engine bay is rather small, and without the Renault engine, we won't have the AMT.
But a good thing to think about though. |
