QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Aug 26 2013, 11:04 PM) Yeah, its one of the best buys for that budget. Unless if you take the Lenovo Y510p (Single GT750M) into consideration and then get an external one later yeah seems to be good buy (plus coz i am a sucker for that color backlit). im comparing that with Lenovo Y510p and planning to get either 1 of them. but fi realized something. 1.) The GT60 build mentioned is using 3rd gen i5 as compared to lenovo y510P 4th gen i7. 2.) Dat ultrabay thingy, is a good idea? (from my understanding, it seems like a removable graphic card slot) 3.) why is there so few info on MSI GT60-0ND-608MY? so its MSI GT60-0ND-608MY VS Lenovo Y510P now. need a few more push to decide which one of this im gonna get TQVM for all da advice This post has been edited by dlwk1988: Aug 26 2013, 11:14 PM

QUOTE(PF T.J. @ Aug 26 2013, 11:25 PM) (1) If you are not into photo editing, rendering, tedious photoshop tasks. The i5 will do, regardless of its generation. It saves more power too (2) The "ultrabay" concept was pretty popular in Business line notebooks i.e. Fujitsu during the earlier days. But implementing it in gaming notebooks brought about a different level of versatility. You don't just put in a 2nd GPU, you can put in other stuffs like a fan, optical drive etc. The GT750M SLI will perform better in games (that are optimized for SLI) as compared to the GT60 (3) MSI is not really popular until very recently, gaining momentum along with Illegear, whereas the main gaming brands starts to "shine less" If I were you, I would go for the MSI, specs ain't everything, and if you really like the keyboard, that's one more reason for you to go for it Ok!! im convinced now, say hello to GT 60~ ( and good bye to my savings... ) TQ again for da advice.
