thats is why i think 2 units is good enuff for me

not interested getting more prop as penang price so high

nothing wrong with that

bubble doesn't happen when someone paying for 2 house can still save 4k every month

bubble happens when someone earning 5k tries to buy 2 houses icon_rolleyes.gif

extrapolating your current salary, annual increment, naik pangkat and all, you should be fine (stable and steady for future and emergencies)
to be rich, have to invest it somewhere though.

land is scarce, very scarce in penang

i am eyeing the land beside my kilang, but the owner wants arms and legs for it, so i ffffff him kaw kaw

but i am still eyeing it, because i know the owner is up to his nose in debt - once the bubble burst, he gonna end up having to dump some of his properties and at that time i'll go in and gasak

land is important --- house can burn down, land will still be there, even after a fire

wat i mean is, when bubble datang, house will be much cheaper

that is why i ask ts to wait, to be patience, and to keep himself in liquidity

he is in penang, if he sells his 2nd house right now he will get a very comfortable profit already

ts should keep his profit, and wait, and when the bubble come, he can use his cash (original + profit) to buy a much bigger / nicer and cheaper house

i did that in california, back in 2009
