rm1k is min already ...cannot cut

somemore my wife take out another rm1k too for food

vitamin must buy, susu for anak, seafood once a while
cannot save too much if dont spend some on food n entertaintment

if 5 yrs ago also i plan change new car, cannot afford the 2nd house also


if now i buy new car, again have to pay installments rm1500 say for honda accord + maintenance all... my monthly saving will go down badly and car price also drop

yes..penang very hard get

want to invest another property say condo, a decent one also rm600k now

have to pay rm2500 per month which i think another burden so i prefer concentrate the current 2 property

i was born from a poor family

my dad the sole support for family, mom me n bro + grandma

we only have bread + kaya for dinner ans sometimes lunch

as a chinese educated we learned a lot on how to live in less expenses and avoid showing off

life was hard for us when small until even in uni
in uni, all those with new hp.cars n so on show offs
i have to used only one pair of jeans the entire 4 yrs of study

at least now i have accomplished something my parents r proud off

i even can send them for holidays to korea

so plus my bonus

i get to save rm4k x 12 + rm40k(depending on performance)

rm88k per year

save 3 years get rm264k (expect rm300k)

than i will be 38 yrs old. maybe that time i can start invest the extra money per month since the saving should be more than enuff
