I've WinAVI Standard version 7.5 converter installed in my computer. Recently when I tried to convert rvmb file format to avi format, I notice that there's no sound in the outcome for convertion from rvmb to avi format. Anyone knows what's the problem?

Have to double check the source and the target output. Sometimes when the source is audio 5.1 and the target is 2.0 stereo, this problem would appear. Maybe update of the latest codec would help. There are a lot of possibilities. The best place to search for an answer is at..

I use virtualdub and avisynth. I writing avs script to load rvmb and use virtualdub to convert to avi No need to fussy about install or using different type of softwares for converting rmvb to avi or whatever video format.
