Means your thermostat is working optimal Those who having to wait 10 minutes to fully warm up is bcoz thermostat ady jammed opened can't close. Those who wait 3 minutes to to fully warm up, then continue to 4 bar, 5 bar and ended up 6 bars, your thermostat jammed closed can't open
