My friend also bought 1 unit,he only notice the S&P didn't stated carpark and free aircond.He got ask the SA and the lawyer.They verbally confirm will hv free aircond.Means all the carpark owned by SCP.My friend already call to SCP regarding this matter.If more buyer raise carpark issue to SCP will benefit to buyers.I get this photo from Season gardens buyer.I think all also same document get from SCPAttached Image

This project Block B and Block C density has been change

Block B from 630 unit to 660 unit
Block C from 600 unit to 570 unit

I check from government portal

Now is the best time to best KL Traders.My friend just bought 1 1059sqft for block D.Rebate 10%.He get lucky draw RM28K rebate plus he sign S&P within 1 months get another RM20k rebate.The lucky draw minimum is RM8k rebate.Lucky wait for few month he save totally RM100k

KL Traders getting cheaper and bigger unit to offer than previous 406k can get 840sqft.Now 388k can get 918sqft.Early birds now banging bangwall.gif

This project has been renamed.Now owner get inform by TNB installation.Those buyer received letter now not calling Kuala Lumpur Traders Square call Komplexs Laman Tunjang Setapak (KLTS).Such a ugly name ranting.gif ranting.gif ranting.gif

Those agent said for easy application for TNB that y they rename it so TNB can do things easier,what a ridiculous answer.They thought 1st time i bought property,how can tnb simply change name premises name for the sake easy for them.Even SCP other project Seasons Garden also remaqin the same for tnb application

I have visit my friend KL Traders unit before school reopen.Swimming pool really chaos.Picnic at walkway,wash hand at pool after makan doh.gif Wall is superb thin,i can heard above floor talking and walking.At night drilling,dancing and shouting.Ground floor full of international races.Is ok to do airbnb or rental for own stay is big NO NO
