I received a letter mention that the fund is approved but need to extend till next year Q1 only can be resume.... so late meh?

I think is the same. now become court case... not sure what happened next...... the SAP date has almost deal. not sure what I can do next. sending an complaint to tribunal? or send them a lawyer letter any advise?
