juz next to my place! selayang mall and submit is inside the taman, this is next to "big road", and same road have new project ecoworld, hopelly this new mall can successfull.

Is the sales office ready?

Saw a very big advertisement by roadside today. Huge billboard near pasar borong. I think launching soon.

Where is the exact location? Can pin point on the map? More n more development on this jln Kuching. Kiara east, Eco sky

If not mistaken, the sales gallery is near Selayang hotspring area. If coming from EcoSky towards Rawang, after Caltex petrol station on your left, then go straight. You will see One Selayang on your left. The show gallery is just before the hotspring. You will not miss it, it will be on your left side.

The site is also beside the sales gallery. I think surrounded by flat.
Not sure about the price. Will check with them.

No info given.
Dunno how big the residential unit.
Dunno indicative price.
Dunno got what freebies.
Dunno will rebate how many %.

They said that their previous projects were Aman Sierra townhouses.
