A family member bought suria residence for ownstay
And always kinda like the green spacious vibe of bj
But is still a pass for me primarily due to the lack of LRT/MRT

Anyhoo was checking in on suria progress
The retails next to it is noticeably picking up as compared to 1-2 years ago

But main point is i suprisingly really liked renai
Would get one here if have bullets to spare (which I don't)

Replying to this thread because now the developer buang harga kaw kaw until HOC ends. 1090sqf can get 580k.
