This project expensive...same pricing with the more flashy sunsuria project and more premium sime darby radia...

They should at least discount the price a bit...

No way can they compete with sime darby and more vibrant sunsuria on equal pricing

wah still unsold unit. look at subsale suria jelutong n how poorly its performing. dead commercials in BJ la. if die die want to buy, btr wait for subsale n buy from weak investor.

Furnishing seems decent with kitchen cabs aircons and heater etc. for those who like new low density but the low lvl of commercials here, should be fine for ownstay
