Since the official launch was up 1 week ago, what you guys think about this low density development by WCT in the heart of Bukit Jelutong? All the hype and attention seems to be focusing on Radia and Metropark which is also around the corner...Skyz on the other hand is quite "hush hush"! hmm.gif

It is selling for about RM680 psf. Cheapest unit for the lowest floor of 812sf is about 560k after 6% discount. Visited the sales office myself.
What interests me is its low density, in a developing area especially being next to the SD development of Radia, which we all know its reputation of premium launch prices. sweat.gif

maintenance fee high!
commercial land title, so utilities high!
d'vida shopping area next door finished one year ago and still empty...
suria jelutong serviced residence on other side will all be up for sale once completed soon by the prospectors with bad timing.
big and very noisy mosque behind.
twice the price per square foot of the older but even less dense and better located elaeis 2 condo at the top of the hill.

Taikos and taikaches, can share where is the exact location of Skyz Jelutong in BJ? Near Sunsuria's Suria Residence?

680psft seems quite high, my friend bought level 25 Putra Residence for 636K for a 979sft unit, so it's RM649psft gross. After deducting 2% rebate, it's RM636psft. Probably the bigger units have lower psft?
