wat i noe is both r oso expanding.
altera is a US based comp in penang. located in bayan lepas.
they hav a gud benefit as they r foreign company. one thing is u need to work hard. tis info i get thru google and frens in penang working around the area. i was unlucky coz they rejected my application.
i dunno bout workin jobstreet.
