Altera pay is pretty high. The monthly salary includes your annual, contractual bonus (divided evenly in 12 months). As for benefit wise, it's not bad either. Altera will be my choice if I were you.

The benefits programme that Altera won't be bad. I can't remember much; they mentioned in their career talk.

^Maybe you'll be dealing with more web and high level programming at Jobstreet than at Altera.
