UOA got another in building project nearby setapak central (danau kota) apart from sentul point. |

I still waiting for its master plan. Frankly speaking, Bangsar south is a very successful project and uoa successfully revamp the kampung kerichi to become a well known cyber city in kv area. I just doubt uoa can replicate another success story with this plot of land in Jalan ipoh.
Another point in the interview is uoa going to focus affordable house, house below 500psq. Is that mean another high density residential will be built for this projects too? Smaller house and below 500k. |
