"Kindly be advised that this property is only open for enquiries at the moment as we are still in the midst of preparing for the ground breaking which is targeting in Q4, 2019.

There are a lot of property Sifu here Perhaps you can ask their advise They are good!

Of course based on current economic Malaysia, foresee the property can further stagnant till next year
but if you are cash rich, not an issue for invest any property you prefer in long term as standard of living is getting higher and higher include property value in future

If property overhang won't reduce substantially by end of next year, than how could property price rise or improve in 2 years time?
