Haha,Jalan Ipoh ( along Jalan Kuching ) vs Jalan Kelang Lama ( along Jalan Puchong ) Both have equal good in terms of locality and accessibility. I might prefer the gravity of Jln Kelang Lama which swinging to the South but if merely based on all the pocket new developments, I think Jalan Ipoh / Kuching side might have higher potential with it's products, concepts, pricing, locality and flexibility once more projects are revealed. |
