Gamuda walk is small... but hardly anyone goes there even on weekends. Feel like its gonna turn into another "makan only place" with some retail thrown in.

I usually go Pyramid, that's a 10~15 minute drive from KK. RImbayu/TA pls add another 7KM to that.

Perhaps you can try Bukit TInggi Aeon.. that one also decent size... but I never go that part of toown..

In future, I wonder whether some of the KK, BR, Rimbayu, ES, BSP and TA residents will drive to PH to park their cars there & take the LRT or not to work, leisure etc to cut cost & avoid the traffic jams?

I think drive so far not viable la to take LRT... not to mention most LRT station have insufficient parking.. usually park until roadside gila..

U open up the Cheria plan...

U see got left and right...

The Right side is northern part.. that side opened up liao.. thats' closer to the HTC. If u buy the 2nd phase which is the LEFT side of the plan... from middle onwards its an additional 200m? So easily 900m... should be ok le gua..

U grab the 2nd part of the Cheria then should be easily 600M ++ la...

But keep in mind Cheria is at the edge of TA, at the NW part if bordering those kebun land... u dunno next time what ppl build there... some low cost flat or pasar or commercial stuff then u abit no syiok...

ECO parcel atleast is nestle between RImbayu and TA so you know both side of your house is decent housing.. and not suddenly a place of worship etc

I stayed in KK for more then 10 years liao... the flyover talk talk talk... probably be completed after I move out.

Currently everyday the first roundabout there jam like gila... even on Saturday also jam... 3 direction.. coming in to KK, exiting KK, and form the McD direction...

Lucky I leave house for work around 9am... then also I kena 5~6 minutes jam just at that roundabout...

You are exactly right, I just clarified with the SA, he mentioned the usual referral is 0.5%, so about 9k la... but.. they will only open this scheme up after 40~50% of a phase is sold.. so currently Cheria not applicable...

Well I have 30 days before sign S&P... see by then if its up.. I will try sneak it in... if possible then I will need help on referral thumbsup.gif

Yes the discount is 2+3%.
No referral as it is just launched.

I also think TA is a good value buy compared to ES.
Since it is strata title, external extension renovation is not allowed.
I feel at 3200 sq ft for type B and 3600 sq ft for type A. We are already maximizing the built up.
I dont need much land e.g. too much lawn maintenance.
I only need some land on the side and back to do some gardening and enjoy some greenery.

Cheria showhouse. Will only be done in about 5 months...

Its the first A type unit on the left as you enter the gate, 2nd half of Cheria phase
