It will be interesting to see how TA and EcoSanc to distinguish themselves from each others and from BR in terms of the concept and master plan of the township. Will the unexpected slow sale of BR (phase 5) on the 1st day of the launch hold them back?

Came out in the news Tropicana to launch Phase 1 of TA this month with a GDV of RM13B features 432 units of 2- and 3-storey terraced house.
It's also reported that agreement has already been signed with Tenby Schools to build an international school campus at TA, which will due to be completed by 2018.

Based on my visit recently, I gathered the followings:
- 432 units over 40 acres land -> 11 units per acre - 2 types i.e. 22×75 and 22×80 with additional 2 feet for corner / end lots - Built up is 2200sf for DSL and 3100sf - 3200sf for 3-storey. - Club house will have around 100k sf. - Gateless (front part of the house) concept with 4 feet of side walls.
Any incosistencies from what you gathered?
Price was told RM815k - RM1M (they try to manage below RM1M) before any rebate / discount, but I believe that it has since been revised.
