TROPICANA AMAN vs ECO ARDENCE SETIA ALAM vs TROPICANA HEIGHT ? Anyone

Upgrading to 3 storey lo. Need more rooms with the extending family size.

Hopefully can adjust to the new culture/environment (gateless, probably won't install grills, cannot renovate external, etc)

but will surely miss Bayu's freehold and cheap maintenance fees.

RM170 is just like joining fitness centre outside. Seems quite good. They consider per household? Any idea what are the facilities there?

I Like TA Cheria Type B layout, hope the show house will ready Soon. Don't understand why ES almost all unit have big Balcony; space wastage.
   

The show house is for Type A Semi-D e.g. those 'modern' type of layout with living room and master bedroom facing linear garden in the back yard.

I like the type B Cheria layout which is the 'traditional' layout
- Open wide space on the ground floor (combined living, dining, breakfast/dry kitchen area - without any walls that will make the home look big and airy and allow more flexibility to decorate its interior etc).
- 3 cars can park side by side on one row with another 3 more cars in tandem on another row for the visitors (SA told me its possible to do that). Type A allow this too.
Whether Type A (3600sqft ) or Type B (3200sqft) is just a personal preference la.
I think for the Type B , not many units left for sale.

No . Cheria is the one that they just launched recently.

Arahsia - sold out - no need show house
Bayan - 90% sold except big units - no point having show house.

A lot of people looking to upgrade their old house mah.
Sometimes after living in the same house for more than 5 -10 years,  people like to change.
You know...like change car, change cell phone, change computer...change house also in the trend :-).

Canal city area attract a lot of home upgraders from western Klang Valley e.g. PJ, Subang, USJ, Shah Alam, Kota Kemuning and Southern Klang.
House become bigger,  nicer and more luxurious as they upgrade.
People like to live close to nature in a safe and secure neighbourhood.
Tropicana Aman, Eco Santuari, Rimbayu and upcoming Gamuda 257 project are the natural choices for these homeowners.

Another group of buyers are those home owners that want to live in a 'Desa Park City' type of concept/environment hehehe. This area is double the size of the real DPC mah LOL
Some more homes in Eco Santuari also have a very contemporary theme. In fact the whole ES neighbourhood feel contemporary. People feel good, people like...people BBB la:-)

To me, ECOWORLD is not strong luxury builder's.
So far, no proven track record like YTL, SP SETIA or even BRDB did...
Spend money on landscaping , club house,  sales gallery especially the toilet will not make them strong in anyway.
Brochure paper quality better doesn't make the building strong as well.
Everything has the price to pay for....
Thrust me, even buggy car operating cost would eventually parked at maintenance cost.

In business, it is totally difference entity and whatever achievement done previously by LKS in SP cannot he brought over as his portfolio in ECO World.
In construction and development, no....
In financial industry, no..

Only time will tell...

Hi there, I am new owner of Cheria.

I think u have missed something bro. Tropicana has the biggest central in Malaysia . Ppl will purposely go for the Central park. For jogging , cycling or catching Pokemon in the future . Furthermore it's next to TENBY international school. In term of overall, Sinaria is much better than IJM Shoplot. Been doing the research since last year. Anyway good luck to you if u have purchased IJM Shoplot. 

I heard that besides Tenby, SJK is right opposite the shops as well. I think Sinaria has some great potential.
