Price wise I was told its slightly above 10k for a 3 panel. Not sure how that compares to grills.. but I dont like the feeling of living behind bars. Thats one of the main reason of buying into a low density G&G strata house.

Usually clubs are husband + wife + kids below 18. Atleast my golf club is.

Not sure about this one.

Facilities wise, should be bigger and better equip compared to the ES cause its centralised and servicing much more ppl.

Interior wise... well.. we can always get a decent ID to make it look nice regardless... I'm just a little miffed that the staircase is part of the 'concrete supporting structure' hence we cannot tear it down and do those modern wood/glass stairs...

Actually I'm amaze at the take up even in the current economic situation... these are not exactly cheap.. Eco is similarly enjoying great sales.

Wonder how is Rimbayu's sales doing... gotta drop by their showroom if I have more time..

Well.. I like to change cause after 15 yrs my current house is showing signs of wear and tear.

Speaking of longterm stay... I'm considering rerouting all the water pipes and place them externally.... cause after 10 or so years if the ground/wall pipe starts leaking, things wont be pretty..... now its a matter of whether its allowed to put some (nicely covered/camouflaged) piping along the external wall... hmm.gif

Edit : That being said, I dont think its worth the RM500k extra price tag

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard its not just him. He brought over the entire senior/mid management team with them. As for contructions skills etc... all these also given to turnkey contractors right? Unless u are saying these developers are using inhouse engineering team.

Anyway.... commercial property there need so rush to get number? U think there will be huge pickup? If I'm goign for commercial I'll probably target the Rimbayu ones... much bigger overall area and higher traffic volume.

THe central park... I think RImbayu has a bigger "Arch" area? Also u see Kota Kemuning now, they have a lake/fountain area weekend everyone go there park until full to walk aorund... but I dont see them crossing the road to patronise the shops opposite...

Well lets hope TA's commercial works... then I dont have to drive so far just to get a friend keow teow for lunch hehe...

Speaking of which, whereabouts is the Sinaria?

the supposed SRJK is above Tenby (if you are looking at the masterplan) which is right next to the HTC....

I just hope they can scrounge up enough space for a decent size shopping complex that can cater to Kota Kemuning, Kemuning Utama, Bukit Rimau, Rimbayu, TA, ES....

Right Hero is just a small supermarket at best... Aeon Big at Bkt Rimau is also a supermarket... Gamuda Walk is pretty sad.

If Canal City can get an atleast Atria size place.. that would be awesome..
