I try not to charge my phone over night since S3. Because now I have 3 batteries and a desktop charger.

One battery specifically for sleeping overnight use. so next morning I wake up and change the battery and charge the other one. So now I don't have to cucuk my s4 everytime. good for the USB port too..

Hmm, that's abit odd. Were you using your s4 on full auto-mode? As in disabling auto night mode also in auto-mode. Sounds confusing yeah lol but I hope you get it

ya mine too, but slowly getting used to it.

from my experience in using both i9500 and i9505, the cameras are terrible. On i9500, it took like 2~5 seconds (or longer) to load the camera (that’s before the update last week, read that the startup speed is faster after the recent update?).  The speed of focusing in door is slow, but at least if I hold the capture button to focus (burst mode disabled), it can capture immediately after I release the capture button.

On i9505, camera startup speed is faster (1~2 seconds), focusing speed is okay. Worst is shutter lag.. even if holding the capture button to focus, it still takes like 0.5~1 second to capture after releasing capture button. I often got so frustrated with i9505’s camera when trying to capture my baby’s precious expression which at one point I flung the phone to the bed (still under control for not throwing it against hard surface  ).

I was tricked by S3’s camera which capture almost instantaneously and thought that S4’s camera can only be as good, if not better..

i think a common mistake when using touch screen camera is tapping the shutter on screen key too hard.

once the focus ring finish focus, a gentle tap will capture it.
but when pushed too hard, the phone moves and the pic will be blurry.

i prefer to turn off burst mode.
so i can long press shutter button to focus, and capture when i release it.

My i9500 has no noticeable shutter lag, image can be captured as soon as capture button is released after long pressed to focus. Problem is it’s slow in focus, and sometimes even if it’s focused, it will try to focus again when I tried the tab once to capture.

On i9505, even after long press capture button to focus, it will takes like 0.5~1 second to actually capture. The hand must be really steady and object needs to stay still. Otherwise the successful rate in getting a blurry picture is easily more than 75%

by the way, i have a feeling that the issue might be isolated case since not many people complaining about it    i hope i was wrong and samsung will be releasing update to improve the camera

I9505 in Singapore consider cheap ?
I saw a shop in MRT station selling it for SGD 898 = around RM 2.2k

you gotta ask the guy when he brought his s4.

well i find that s4 camera is a little poor, it quite often takes blur pictures, but since it's just a phone camera, sigh..

mine is I9505, lte.

it's annoying to having to keep taking the same photo when it's always blur, and it's not even dark or low light. 

Have u thought about supporting original and intellectual property?

Nothing surprising at all. Most of the latest phones have their own clone/fake copies.
Plus, the biggest indication is obviously the low price. You yourself know the market price for a S4 phone, thus, do not let greed cloud your judgement.

so the moral is, if it's cheap, it's fake.

ahh, the s4 with blur pictures, seems like everyone is having it.

if urs is SME set , shouldnt be india firmware ... pls sms ur IMEI to samsung to check on warranty date , to ensure it is SME set ...
