CPU foreground: 3 mins

meaning my browser is running at the background for 3 mins?

hey there... really interested in getting an S4 but not sure to go with the LTE version or the Octa core version.

Worried that the LTE version would have a big difference in performance and graphics since the processor and graphics chip is so different

Seems like the new OpenGL ES 3.0 feature introduced in the new Andriod 4.3 is only supported by the Snapdragon version of Galaxy S4 with Adreno 320.

Feels cheated by buying octa s4. Doesn't support openGl 3.0? this device is not flagship of 2013, more of buffed version of 2012 phone.

There are many S4 clone in the market now, some is using MT6577 but soft upgrade to MT6589, hence claim is quadcore. The set comes pre-install antutu apps.Thus you will be unable to detect the correct spec using the antutu software which come ready with device. This antutu is modified/locked let you to look like the CPU is MT6589.
If you want to check it out, you need to root the device and then remove the system antutu, then replace & install a new copy of latest antutu to check again.
