3000mah battery?
why sacrifice the camera sensor and battery capacity for thickness?

I agreed with you on  stamina mode. If it performs similarly as per xperia Z , 3000 mah shouldn't be any issue
Of course everyone wants higher battery as much as possible
It does look significantly bigger vs mega 6.3 based on hardwarezone photos. But I don't think this will be a pocketable problem with me

I can live with the 8mp camera but no led flash? What a bummer.its more tablet than phablet if u ask me.plus I lost interest on whats coming after snapdragon s4 pro..this all new processor was like body builder with overdosed streoids but hey,thats just my 2 cents
the 3000mAh  I think it just cukup2 makan..especially with full hd and 6.4" screen.I owned Xperia z twice..cant tahan the whole day also even with stamina mode on plus if u see the ad,they didnt talk about the battery at all..

make it 6",lots of mAh and good camera would be better I think..

looks like a flap on the charging port

isn't it counter intuitive to always flip open and close that flap when i want to charge the phone?

wouldn't the flap get loose after extended usage? assuming i charge that beast once a day only, its going to get >700 opens and closes in a year.. wouldn't that wear off the rubber / plastic?

flap for water proofing, charging dont use cable, instead using magnetic dock thing like mag safe on apple macbook

seriously will not having flash for camera??! thats a basic need for a camera.. you devise a killer high-end device but simply decide to remove one of the basic need? i would say it is lame.. imagine, you buy an expensive car, luxurious and all, but without power window.

To be honest. Upon first look/impression this is definitely the phone to have. Especially those who wants a phablet with the premier feel that comes with it compared to the plasticky Samsung galaxy series (before any Samsung fanboys attack me I'm actually a proud owner of Note 2).

But upon a closer inspection there are 2 main drawbacks as highlighted in the forum earlier :

(1) no led flash. Like Sony seriously?
(2) 3000 mh battery capacity seems a little bit. Well. Insufficient for a phone of such magnitude

Apart from that I really think this phone will be galaxy note 3's main competitor.

yes, ultimately the marketing ppl win.    they should really do a proper survey of what the customers really want, not what the marketing think will be a good selling point.    dun understand why some big corporation make those obvious stupid mistake.. ***hint hint*** the big M with their Tingkap 8. 

i can forgo the glass back for a plastic back with removable battery any time.  Now have a spare battery to swap in and out of my Note II conveniently.

Come on nokia n8 is like 3 years old already still no competition.

Yeah, tried already. Honami is using the same home launcher as ZU.

Apparently, Sony has contacted devs in XDA to remove all Honami mods. lol Honami camera mod thread gone already.

Probably they give it out for bug checking, not to be leaked out.  Might be bad for marketing.
