I also expected this price range, I think around RM 2,399 to RM 2,499........ if more than that, can forget it already.

not necessary the bigger, the more expensive. Else the LTE Xperia Tablet Z will be RM3k if calculate like that. Note II is just RM100 more than S3 when launched. So maybe this will be just RM100-200 more than the Xperia Z. This is not a mainstream phone coz not all ppl can accept such a beast.

No LED Flash is a deal breaker for me.

But performance and screen very big difference I think
