Thank God, I passed the phone interview and she directly told me to take the online english assestment today.

3.0 is good enough. chances will always be there, its how persistent you are when it comes to applying. are you a Degree or Diploma holder? Yes start applying now. I applied back in December 2013 and currently waiting for Baker Hughes to confirm with me whether im in the final stage of interview or not, im graduating this November. Apply as much as you can.there are alot of companies, you can try the big players like Schlumberger, Haliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Shell, Petronas, exxon etc. Apply for small companies too.

yes i applied online. you should log into their website and answer their questionnaire as well as upload your cv/relevant documents and apply for the position.
