Aduh. When one sees what you could have gotten for 800 psf and a 0.50 maintenance fee, this is truly a white elephant of great magnitude.
Can foresee almost an entire change of ownership at half the price as the primary loan is simply not sustainable. |

Very keen to hear the under belly of how bad these compress loan lelongs get. Sounds like complete financial ruin. If you bought at 800k and Lelong at 400k * 5. That’s a 2 mill debt loss you have to pay back in your life…
