Tower a and b might increase to 700psf :/

The 650psf has always been indicative, developer did say the final price when signing s&p might be different.
Would the info be more believable if I say I have a unit in tower A?

1. Service apt in Jln Gombak - maintenance = 40 cent (with GBI certification)
2. Flexus = 45 cent
3. Robertson = 50 cent (reportedly)
4. EcoSky = 40 cent (with triple GBI certification)
5. anything else

If not mistaken, I think no one start applying loan for EcoSky yet. Waiting for EcoWorld to arrange Bankers Day.

How is the painting event getting on now?

I went to their sales office yesterday. Saw lots of kids were happily doing their coin box. The SA told me that Tower C might be launching soon but dates are not confirm and the B/U are slightly bigger. Must be much more pricey than Tower B

Apart from just higher pricing, there will be more variation in sizes. Some said duplex too...and perhaps some improvement on finishing.

Everytime I get to sales office, I always manage to get someone to help me out, be it car, prop or even a bar. Maybe I am always the one who initiate first more to greet and extend my hand to for handshake and to introduce myself.

Not sure what happened to you that day and I am sorry to hear that.
But to justify, I am quite pleased with their service. Not like DPC sales person. EcoSky staffs are quite polite and friendly. During my first visit, my SA just came out from toilet, getting ready to drink water. When he saw me standing there alone, he came assist me without drinking the water first. And on the day of booking units, all staffs keep on giving bread and water to buyers in queue. Do other developers do that? I dunno the answer, maybe some taigors have better experience with other developers. But so far, this is what I call service.

Maybe My friend and I both of us look like poorman...not genuine buyer. I been all few property sales offices on the same day but only this give me such impression. Just imagine from the step in to door, stand around to see the model for whole projects and enter the different sizes of show room units, is more than 30 mins. There is no one come over to serve us. Last but not least, i really feel like disappointed those staffs.

The Robertson, Jalan Pudu seems like a better buy compared to Ecosky:
