Everytime I get to sales office, I always manage to get someone to help me out, be it car, prop or even a bar. Maybe I am always the one who initiate first more to greet and extend my hand to for handshake and to introduce myself.

During my first visit, my SA just came out from toilet, getting ready to drink water. When he saw me standing there alone, he came assist me without drinking the water first. And on the day of booking units, all staffs keep on giving bread and water to buyers in queue. Do other developers do that? I dunno the answer, maybe some taigors have better experience with other developers. But so far, this is what I call service. smile.gif
