Tengster boss, if your dsr is high, suggest to go with few banks. Many banks very cautios in last 2 weeks. Some friend been told off by bank no need to submit at all

Hong leong a bit kiasi le..
My friend got a case with them, where even his Dsr is ok, hong leong rejected the loan Bcoz he is categorised as investor due to too many outstanding loans.

Yup.
That's for normal applications.
After hq reject, branch manager can over write if he wants to. But then he need to bear the responsibility and also write good story.
