Agree with u lo, actually facing west is not tat hot after u tinted the window or just put some nice thick curtain....some highrise facing north/south but if there are another highrise just closely in front ur unit balcony direction, will even hotter since the airflow is not blow directly to ur unit...my own experience ah...
