Don't leh. One bought to do homework before diving into the water. There maybe be flesh-eating sharks or jellyfishes out there... On the other and, there could be 'loongdan' fishes awaiting you too.

Why you buy ahh?

Sat nearly 4pm go to Ecosky have a look.. See many ppl queuing then I follow them.. Then next morning come and book.. Cause 906 type until my number lowest is 25+ floor d (can't remember).. So I chose 926 type lower level

Agree with u lo, actually facing west is not tat hot after u tinted the window or just put some nice thick curtain....some highrise facing north/south but if there are another highrise just closely in front ur unit balcony direction, will even hotter since the airflow is not blow directly to ur unit...my own experience ah...
*
Then my unit should be not bad since both of you say like this blush.gif

Can you elaborate more on how GST might affect a commercial titled property, e.g. serviced apartments?
*
Developer have to + GST on the selling price.. lets say 10% GST.. previously sell at 700psf now have to sell 770psf..
then maybe the subsales market is hot.. cause individual don need to include this 10% on the selling price

I saw comments in this same thread whereby someone mentioned that residential properties wouldn't be affected the same way commercial (commercial titled residential props??) ones would. If someone can detail the differences, that would be great.
*
Residential 1 then developer can don need to include gst on selling price.. so it will be cheaper...

Can look for the singapore GST on property

tengster bro, your prop cafe will more comprehensive if include both pro & cons.. For example the giant incinerator which might built nearby. Thus you can put your comment on that in order to let the buyers sleep well...
*

In the article, I am writing the fact and figures. I understand I didn't cover the news of incinerator that possibly located about 2km away and at the same time I didn't cover the news of MRT2 that may be located near ES too. See below article.

http://www.btimes.com.my/Current_News/BTIM...icle/index_html

There are readers who pick on something very minor to chew on. I accepted those with open mind. Writing review skill need to be sharpened. Walking  to kommuter station may take 5-6 minutes not 5-6 meter. Please take note. On the other hand, I have stated the distance is about 450 meter apart.

When I made comparison with SWP, Flexus, SSR, Kiara East, etc. I don't have intention to run others down but merely making comparison wrt to certain features.

They also want to lock us in but unfortunately they hv not obtained their AP yet. If they impose say RM500 admin fees for cancellation, how much can they make if people cancel? Anyway, I am happy as it gives me an option without cost. I am really concerned about the new measures and government is under pressure to be seen as doing something effective to curb speculation and to increase government revenue. One Central Park is not taking chance. I hv to pay 10% deposit next week after signing of SnP.

Which part of measures r u worrying about? RPGT?
