If it's defect then nothing can be done. Just send to service centre.

Just buy a battery bank will do(htc made one too) if not enough juice

Just sent to service centre and they charge rm130 for it.

USJ still don't have LTE
You use Digi or umobile?

I'm using maxis. Just subscribe the data only then straight test LTE in my house area

digi n umobile dont have LTE yet surfing is a slouch with digi on HTC One.

I am in usj and get great LTE with celcom

Thanks for the spell book. I tried today didn't work as expected, although they did say that their team leader has taken his own initiative to escalate the matter in order to expedite the whole process.
