Got a question to ask, do i lose all the htc feature like zoe, live gallery etc after flashing to custom ROM?

I played some HD games with wifi on since it requires connection and it will consume my battery for almost 1% each minute, is this normal?

Just did watched a 10min vid on youtube, powersave on, auto brightness, on wifi... batt went down 3%.
