just wondering how everyone's htc one aluminium body holding up?

I had sent my phone to htc to demand for replacement due to the 'gap' issue. Sent it mid May and still no feedback from htc. Gave them a call a few days back n guess what, my phone is still with htc times square and the guy on the phone said sory and he wil follow up on the request...i miss my htc one

Is there any type of "blocking mode" available on htc one sense edition. Just curious as im coming from samsung previously. Hope u guys can share n advise.

Poetic service seems really good.

Poetic cases has never been good in quality based on numerous complains in xda. Their nexus 4 cases took up to 3 revisions n yet they had never learn from it in subsequent products
I bought my first poetic for nexus4 n give up using it after a week due to peeling issues
I bought from shirogawa too n never bother to even have it replaced. Mine was supposedly second revision.

So are we suppose contact shirogawa or poetic directly?
