I had sent my phone to htc to demand for replacement due to the 'gap' issue. Sent it mid May and still no feedback from htc. Gave them a call a few days back n guess what, my phone is still with htc times square and the guy on the phone said sory and he wil follow up on the request...i miss my htc one
