yes . the climb at 6.5->7k is quite slow
where else climb to 6.5k is considerable fast.
shift up at 6.5k . if at perfect timing the rpm should drop to 4.5k (im using 2nd -> 3rd gear as example)
less perfect u might drop little bit more. but max torque is at 4.2k rpm .. so it should be the best idea to shift at 6.5k.

But first gear too short . bring it up to 7k before shift would be better.. u still below max power band when u shift from 1st to 2nd. even at 7k rpm .. the 2nd gear rpm shd be at 3.8k when u did the 7k 1st gear shift
