Recently received sms on withdraw cash advance from atm with zero cash advance fee, so thinking does this mean there is not charges if i withdraw money from the card?

Oic, I thought it will work like retail, you get the cash from atm and then when statement out, if you settle within the due date, will not have any charges.
Seems it is wrong understanding from me. |
