I tried 500 twice and it worked. But 3rd reload of 500 failed. Is it RHB limiting ewallet reload to 1k max per day and 500 per attempt?

Don't know what RHB is smoking to call the revision as enhanced benefis. I hope RHB can listen to customers by removing the minimum spend per category and give cashback % based on total spend just like other cards from competitor banks.

This is probably the reason RHB delay the enhanced benefits revision, ie to fix screw up cashback.

Sounds like cashback issue still happening in Aug billing cycle. So those on 22nd billing cycle might be affected again

With this revised benefits, I think this card is good for petrol and overseas spend only

Does this mean if I spend 2.5k (417 petrol and remaining ewallet top up) and transactions posted before 8 Sep, I will still get cashback 100?

Any good petrol cashback credit card that's doesn't limit by brand or day of the week that you sign up to for replacing this Shell card?

Can this card be used with Shell apps and get the cashback? I dont think Shell apps accept AMEX as payment method and even if Shell apps accept AMEX in the future, whether the transaction using this card with Shell apps is considered as online instead of petrol.

My spend on petrol and groceries are not that much and definitely wont achieve 30k spend per year to waive annual fee. Currently using Affin Duo+ Visa for petrol and looking for higher cashback if possible.


tried applying for this Bank Muamalat card since 7 Oct and until now, the application is still not processed. Called call centre to complain but until now still no action from them.
