I would like to know which part did you feel I was soliciting?

Mentioning there is a current promotion is soliciting?

thanks for the info! do you know if their min income requirement is a hard limit? I'm earning less than 150k, but the lounge access is attractive, so not sure if worth my effort to try apply.

Officially it is a hard limit. Anyone (or even the bank officer) will tell you to try but the approving authority for your cc application have no contact with you. Likely will stay true to the eligibility guidelines. No comment if you are aiming this card just for lounge privileges, just remember that thousands out there are also aiming for the same.

Affected the lounge quality and when you are flying ... just maybe you'll hit the lounge peak utilisation period too. You can't find a seat in the lounge even though they let you in. So if you are able to benefit from lounge access from your existing cards, just have a thought whether having an unlimited lounge access will guarantee you an improved experience. (Coz I am unable to maximise the benefits from my own limited no. of lounge access cards sad.gif )

Just throwing in a wet towel, not against anyone chasing lounge privileges. Personally as a whole, I find the "lounge experience" very diluted with the huge crowd these days, you may be holding a card that give you that access but there's nothing to feel privilege about it. Probably the self paid meal next door offer a better experience. smile.gif

In my recent experience, RHB hasn't been answering their cc calls for the last 1 week.
All calls get redirected then a few mins of waiting (and messages saying their call centre having high volume of callsO they will ask you to leave your number for them to do callback (which never happened) or email them.

i think it has been like this for a while. i tried a few times and gave up.

Gosh ! I wondered if the only way to get their attention is to just cancel the card ?
I did this to my CIMB card and they cancelled the card without any qualms.

hello everyone. how to increase credit limit? call sc selalu busy busy busy

Yes, I agree calling the credit card helpline is like impossible to get through. They don't even entertain call backs.
Now, for your question. They will ask for evidence of your income for consideration of a credit limit upgrade.

Try to initiate the first contact via email and take it forward from there - customer.service@rhbgroup.com

Members, I counted that there are 15+ recent consecutive posts which went off topic. I may allow minor deviation for discussions but I believe the discussion has gone wayward for too long.

Please stick to the topic and will not allow such to set a precedence. Thank you Members.
