Personally as a whole, I find the "lounge experience" very diluted with the huge crowd these days, you may be holding a card that give you that access but there's nothing to feel privilege about it. In my recent experience, RHB hasn't been answering their cc calls for the last 1 week. All calls get redirected then a few mins of waiting (and messages saying their call centre having high volume of callsO they will ask you to leave your number for them to do callback (which never happened) or email them.

They don't even entertain call backs. Now, for your question. They will ask for evidence of your income for consideration of a credit limit upgrade.
