Looks like RHB IT really screw up the system for the proposed change in the cashback features for RHB Shell Card. Now, the calculation for the cashback for all credit cards is tergendala

We should give them some pressure as apparently, the issue starts from the statement cycle dated 22 July and till, then haven't resolved it

Doesn't matter if they have announced it. The issue is that RHB already know this issue since the statement cycle of 22 July but till now hasn't resolved this - almost 3 weeks. Need to made noise so that they will get "slap" by BNM

I think a lot of questions asked about the new feature are already covered in the FAQ published like spending before and after 8 Sept, how the cashback is calculated. So, please refer to the FAQ ya

I adopted the following way to resolve the cashback issues:
1. Lodge a complaint or case with Call Centre
2. Upon incorrect and non responsive, I write in to Customer Adovacy department. Provided them the sequence of event and gave them a deadline that if I dont hear within 5 working days, I shall escalate to BNM

Results: Cashback issue solved and missing cashback credited

Well, for a start, I raised a complaint via telephone with the Contact Centre. Take down the details like date, time, CC personnel name and summary of conversation. Normally, they will say revert within 5 working days. So, jolt down all the details and wait for the 5 working days and then, added to the sequence of events. If no reply after 5 working days or unsatisfied answers or both, then wrote to Customer Adovacy via email and gave them the deadline. Ding dong, all together took about 1.5 months but all was solved by end October with missing cashback credited

Yes, all missing cashback sorted by end October - no matter old or enhanced TnC.

Good, it seems the complaint need to be escalated to Customer Adovacy department to get it resolved. Normal channel of lodging with Customer Service won't work for this cashback issue

I have a question.

For those having RHB VS card, do you get cashback for Jompay transactions? RHB also revised the TnC for RHB Shell Card (so-called enhanced benefits) but the TnC for RHB VS remains unchanged.

The best is for you to retrieve the case number by calling Customer Service or Contact Centre. This will add more "meat" when you write-in to Customer Adovacy and later on, if need to escalate to BNM

Maybe no report was ever raised.

In that case, just write to Customer Adovacy. Also, said u called CS on when and when to ask for report # but it was not given
