now just waiting to december to come and cancel my RHB travel money cc....
being cheated on 5% cash back...well, my first ever cc...no experience at all...

well, as i said, its my first cc ever, and i dont have experience at all at that time...
the story is like this:
- went to tesco kwsp kiosk to print out some form
- a rhb cc agent stand beside, but i duno he is card agent (very kind to help me print, first time use kwsp kiosk, very noob that time)
- then he explain about the card, 5% cash back whatever shit
- that time i duno about GST, i wan a credit card for fun
- ask whether i need to pay anything at all if i apply for the card? any charges at all
- the agent said no, no need to pay anything, just apply and not use also okay, dont have to pay single cent
- then i ask what so good about this card, the agent said got 5% cash back.
- the agent explain more, spend Rm100 in petrol, can get Rm5.
(the actual cash back is Rm100>20%= RM20, then from RM20>5%...u get what i mean)
- i just bought a car that time, so i'm thinking not bad, instead of i pump and get nothing back.
- after 1month or so, know more about cc, then only know about GST

(kinda cheated by that agent, what to do, no experience at all in cc at that time)

- ask around about GST, how to so-called offset it (hye pls dont remove, i'm not creating confusion to adult kids, just explaining my situation)
- finally know about GST offset, then bank also give me additional RM50 to spend, but need to keep the card until december 2013.
- then slowly i know about UOB One, OCBC titanium, mbb amex...and so on, which way better

anyone has phone number or email that can directly contact RHB card center?

i made a request to cancel my Travel Money on 17th December, until now no one call me back.
just now i called again, the staff said my last request to cancel credit card is on May...what the....

then i made another request to cancel credit card, but i dont trust customer service anymore.

finally CS called me, at first keep persuading me to keep the card, after i said i dun wan keep the card and i want the card off my CCRIS and CTOS record.
immediately the staff stop saying anything ask for verification, then immediately she hang up, called back also dun wan pick up.

the thing is, how i want to make sure bank cancel my card?
why i ask this is the staff said bank can stop my transaction but want me to keep the card, dunid to use it until CNY.
i can use it if emergency...i'm abit blur about this.

i didnt use the card for half year, starting May 2013...
no outstanding amount in it, i checked few days ago.

the thing is, i dun wan bank charge me GST when i ady asked for card cancellation.
so i want to make sure bank did cancel my card.

is there a way to do so?

guys, if using RHB Shell Visa over counter at Shell stations got cash back or not?

i search RHB website for this card TnC but cannot find, search this thread is lagi big headache, too many post to scroll
