talking about OTP. RHB really lousy.... you have to go any branch to register over the counter
you cant register thru ATM at the 1st time. and remember to print your phone bill with your name
if not you cant register the OTP.

the process of register the OTP just 5min at counter but the time of waiting let me wait 3 hr...

why so late?? i submit around 3 something and by 7 something i got the sms said
my phone already success registered.

if still nothing u need call their customer service which actually very hard to get a customer
service official to pickup your call doh.gif doh.gif

just tyr yr luck lah...

if u success call then tell the customer service below information :

1. branch u submit the form
2. the counter number you deal with
3. the counter officer name
4. time of your submission

then they will investigate your case....

the info i share i given by the customer service before i go to their branch for OTP registration.
