My first statement exceeds RM800. Do I need to do anything to get the trolley? Just wait? Or is there any verification or confirmation to know whether the trolley is coming?

how do i check my statement online? I don't have any other RHB account. When I try to create user account in RHB Online. I can't proceed after logging as there is a message saying that my mobile number was not registered, thereby not able to send TAC. However, when I go to the ATM machine, there is no option of setting mobile phone number. Any one have similar problem?

Actually it's the new promotion starting this October. The one with RM800 promotion ended last September. New cards that were applied in October are entitled to new round of promotional offer. The travel bag is different, I think this one is larger.

when is statement date for RHB credit card? Is it the same for everyone? Can I request for a different date?

I received my very first statement last month between 10th to 20th and the statement date was 22 Sep. But this month i haven't receive any statement and it's already 21th.
