By new card means same type as the one you are holding or a diff one? RHB is sending new replacement cards since they were revamped last year. If it is totally a diff card which you did not apply for, call cs to file a complaint and get it terminated.

But it is stated clearly below the table:

No mention of a single transaction at the T&C too:

You may have a case. However, have you considered that maybe it is due to:

5. The total Cash Back funding for this Campaign is capped at RM80,000 per month as per
breakdown shown in above table. A total of RM240,000 for the entire Campaign Period. In the
event that there is a tie on the last Cash Back funding on the same day of the month, the
Cardmember with the highest accumulated total card spend of the day will be entitled for the
Cash Back.

Unable to reduce my CL lower than the minimum CL

VS, wanted to reduce to 5k..the min is 30k

You know what irritates me? Previously they sent a message asking me to confirm that I want to reduce to 5k and I need to submit income documents again if I want to increase later. After I confirm, then say policy state cannot. They should have just told me their policy straightaway and reject mah

I recall there is a letter by RHB around December informing about revision to the card benefits. If I am not mistaken, the letter states that RHB will send a new card to holders. Anyone receive the same letter?

I asked thru RHB portal when they the new card as I dont want to have a card under my name missing in mail.

Guess what is the reply. Asking me to confirm whether I am still holding the card or not...then proceed to tell when is the expiry date of my card and I will only be getting the new when it expired. I terus shoot and tell them to get whoever that sign the letter to retract it.

Even the website states will send a new card.

you should read before you get the card..but yes, the CB is really terrible

you can only reduce up till the card min CL, for eg. 30k for VS

Today received pin n pay card for my vs and supp.

Damn fedup with RHB.

No problem activating and registering the 6 digits for my principal.

Unable to activate my supp card, had to contact CS 2 times to get it done manually.

Then unable to register the 6 digits for my supp, tried IVR failed. Called CS and found that they have mix up the house number and hp number, so the registration through IVR failed. Requested to correct the hp number but was told will take some time. Then I just tell CS to terminate it with immediate effect.

That one no problem. This should not have happened at the first place!

The only reason I am still keeping mine is free for life.
