in the latest statement dated 12/12, the monthly cashback bonus and petrol were not posted. Anyone have this problem?

Something wrong with Rhb, my 2 petrol spent on 23/7 still not posted until today. In the past posted next day for the same station. Can't imagine the bank drag the posting until 28/7 purposely to cut the cb.
