Does anyone know whether govenrment spending is counted toward rm2.5k spending for shell visa card?

Rhb card centre is very slow. Give them some time. U can check with the telesales executive referenced in the email

I did received sms and officer called to inform money bank in by 11am
But next day 11.30am still not received
So i gave them a call, which was terrible experience to get an officer
By the time i get to an officer, the officer told me money just banked in like few mins ago 😅

Technically the rm3000 spending should be eligible for normal monthly cashback.

Rhb confirmed to me (via message in rhbnow) that government transactions count towards total spending for RHB Shell Visa though no cashback

If apply for this, does the amount being excluded out from the total spending?

Actually TNC didnt reallt exclude anything for first transaction spending. The exclusion list (on leaflet) is explicitly referring to the 10% CB for NTB customers on subsequent spending

Edit: i think that's for February 2021 only. Cause i got my card near month end, majority of my spending are in March instead

I gotten rm22 where my 2nd transaction is 100+ only.
2nd +3rd transactions are rm220+

These are the transactions posted in february 2021
Others are posted in march 2021 so i suspect those will come next month instead
