possible to get both tiers with 1 transaction?

coz my 2nd transaction with the card was in the afternoon, so should be already too late even for the tier 2

I am not sure last week I got RM150 and this week as at I got RM150 means accumulate?

i called to call center, they like don't know got this campaign, keep told me already credit to my card every month. But actually that cash back is 12% cash back.
Still need to teach them google RHB Shell card and find the tnc at the bottom page.

After that CS said will call back, but i don't think they will call back because i never get call back from them.

Yes their regular no. 66300 and the link also goes to their website (though I didn’t use it to login).

its almost a miracle you able to reach them on phone 
many been calling 10X 20X diff time diff day all failed

Anyones received sms won yes12 but cashback no yet refelected to you credit card account, mine 23Nov and 8Dec till today yet appear in my cc account..

currently i'm using RHB VS before the Shell card was launched.

But so far mainly getting rm30 CB for the online category. another benefit is the PPL access but i don't see will be travelling for the next year or 2.

So i'm planning to cancel this and apply for the Shell card instead, as the threshold for the full CB is lower (2.5k instead of 3.5k) and the CB for online is higher at rm50 (instead of rm30).
