Yab thank you for sharing your orange snake info. I just share what I did few days back. I went and buy the welding cable brand is power well then some copper candle lug but sadly I can't find 200 one only can get 300 then I can't find the shrink tube big enough to fit the 300 cable lug. So my cable is kept for the moment.

Then yesterday I was brain storming on what cable to use other than the welding cable for now. I went to my factory workshop floor and went around looking for wires then I saw 2 ac motors big ones rated at 415v 3 phase. I ask my staff is those motor still can use they said don't know so I took my multimeter and checked them appear that they are condemn then the wires for the motor caught me. They were quite thick 25mm diameter pure coper cable still smaller than the welding cable but being the hand itchy type I took my tools and salvage the cables.

Then I proceeded to buy some cable lug and some shrink tube. today evening I spent some time in my workshop fabricating the cables to turn them into GC. I rewrap the whole cable in shrink tube and went on to install them as what YAB showed me. Due to the shorter length of my cable I can't route it around the firewall so I took out the whole air filter assembly them I route the cable following the original wire harness under the air filter assembly and onto the - terminal.

So I tested it and my result. My headlights still dim when ac kick in can notice the dim but the dim time is shorter. I believe this is either cable problem or because I do not have a vs on my car. My throttle respond was much better can say the lag is very minimal like none at all. I will post video of my throttle blipping and you guys judge whether the lag is still there, minimize or gone.

Again I want to thank YAB for the awesome info. Now my ular routing is not visible like stock because also black. Hahaha. If I have the chance to come Tt 1 day need to shake YAB hand jor.

David, correct me if I'm wrong, I change my steering and I see that the stock stock steering rear module is different from the pic. I will snap a pic of that.

OK, here is the video I recorded yesterday after doing the earth cable, you guys help me see whether the lag still the same, reduced or gone. Thank you because I 1 person judgement cant be accurate. There's 2 video 1 with AC 1 without AC

I go back open my stock steering and see...if it can help will post pic.

Yeah, was recording it at close to 9pm. As already got an uncle asked me when he saw me open bonnet. "Car rosak again? why saga so many problem see you every week repair car."

I was bliping the throttle on and off so didn't press much scare after all my neighbours come out and see what I was doing. My opposite neighbour came out from her house. The aunty also asked me, "leng zai what happen to your car?" why keep press gas on and off...I just tell her my leg kejang on and off tongue.gif so ter-press the gas pedal. IF not after she complain say I make noise pollution... sweat.gif

Dares, he tell me change Toyota..because he toyota fan...all his car Toyota mia..even his son's my next neighbour and opposite all Perodua fan...I'm the only saga there....

Now sometimes I see the uncle home I don't want to go open bonnet one after give impression to all my neighbours thinking saga so problematic...Hahahahaha. I only open when he's not home.

David, just 1 more thing though, my headlight still dim when AC kick in. Is this because I don't have a VS. If the throttle lag has reduced means the GC work.

blink.gif wtf r u toking abt? blink.gif what tall tale is that?! blink.gif ayam no longer trackie, all my mods are down to earth to make the car feel better to drive, more close to cable throttle response, more MECHANICAL feel that is all I want blink.gif Stay tune for the next mod, am going through lotsa labor pain right now. Been stuck at Kim Hock whole day trying to figure out things, but couldn't get the best result. Either too thick unable to branch, or too thin like cacat doh.gif Other than that, gotta draft a best solution for those who still want their warranty to enjoy best output with minimum input, meanwhile can easily take it off before going for service/warranty claim icon_rolleyes.gif

F**k I quote wrong person...blur me is isk ask me about talladega...not you....hahaha

I'm not the big boss la still have boss on top...Kakakaka Better to be low profile....N9 now a lot of shooting case and break in case I think KL more worst. Not very the safe to drive in and out in a more expensive car because sometimes I work very late one.

My neighbour also sold his his Benz CLS and got a MyVi left another Benz at home CLS also seldom drive. Last time he used to drive CLS out everyday now drive MyVi only. CLS only start engine for a while or drive out on weekend.

Stock Gaga steering dissected. For reference use...Our steering is made by GSK group....not sure if it's the same Glaxso Smith Kline company or not.

*If you have sound when your steering is turn 90 degrees while going over uneven road. It's caused by the center horn unit spring.

Dares, my area here Senawang got a lot of Prosboc members with even more extreme gaga stance look, big offset wheels, lowered kao kao, stickers, bike rack, exhaust, HID, LED..you name it....if mine stop at traffic light next to Prosboc one here mine look very plain one....

BTW, here's my interior...nothing special and ignore that TRD horn button on my MOMO. I lost the original MOMO horn button. Got stolen by the pest control guy that came to my house. mad.gif
