Management is for the whole project. T1 T2 T3 together.
Never before happen where a management neglect a specific block upkeep and maintenance due to high defaulter of that block.

Both at reserve price. Single bidder won unchallenged.

OMFG!!! Thank god.. I placed a booking last time when they launch during i think 7 years back i guess. The agent told me starting price is about 500k onwards, after selecting the unit.. the agent say that unit is 600k!!! then while waiting for the loan approval, the agent told me that the SPA price is 700k Facing KLCC!!! in a very short period of time, like 2 months, the price increased 200k!!! Now feel so sorry for the owner at Arte+.

Also thank god i didnt buy Arte+, now there's totol of 11 to 12 blocks of serviced apartment at the same area.. literally side by side!!

Because at that time the property market is blooming.. but 4 years down the road once they got the key... the market getting slower as everyone keep talking about the financial bubble, and economic crisis.
